Returns Policy
General Returns Policy:
- **DUE TO THE SUSPENSION OF DE MINIMUS EXEMPTIONS, RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED**
- For returns to be honored, a VIN must be provided on any orders over $100. Returns under $100 may/may not be honored at our discretion. Exceptions will be made if its through our mistake
- Returns on orders under $100 that do NOT have a VIN may be honored or denied at our discretion
- Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
- We cannot take back used/installed or tried parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable under any circumstances (exceptions being warranty/defects & mis-packs)
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet ALL criteria in this policy
- Return request need to be within 10 days of receiving the item
- No returns on damaged/broken items, instead a claim will need to be filed through our package protection program
- Any parts with a broken/torn "NON-RETURNABLE IF OPENED" seal cannot be returned under any circumstances
- There is a 15% restocking fee for any "buyers remorse" returns (not needed, changed mind, etc)
- Unless a mistake is made by us, the return label cost will be deducted from the refund total
- Shipping costs that have already been used to ship the part are non refundable.
Core Returns Policy:
Some parts have a core charge attached to them (think of it as a deposit). A core is essentially the old part you are replacing. For example, if you are replacing an alternator, the old alternator would be the "core". The core charge is included with the price of the part. The purpose of the core charge is to encourage customers to return their old parts, in order to be recycled by the manufacturer. This helps promote recycling of automotive parts and protects our environment. By law, we are required to attach this core charge. You are not obligated to return the core, but you will not receive a refund of said core charge. In order to be refunded the core charge, you need to return the core to us and provide documentation . The following is required for the return to be accepted:
- Mileage at the time of replacement
- Vehicles VIN
- Reason for replacing the part
This information can be written and included in the package, or sent to us via email, but it is required to receive a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the core, we will need to determine that it is not catastrophically damaged or damaged beyond repairability. If the core is accepted, you will be credited back within a few business days. If the core does not meet these requirements, you will have the option to have the core returned to you at your expense, or we can throw it out. Please do not send back cores that are catastrophically damaged. They will NOT be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply. Special order parts are parts that aren't in stock and need to be specifically ordered for a customer.
